The East Suite boasts a spacious sitting room with a couch, chair, plush rug, and wet bar. You can step out onto the private wraparound porch from either the sitting area or the bedroom. And, if you need a boost to reach the top of king bed, simply use the provided steps. The luxurious private bathroom features a spa tub for 2, double rainforest shower heads, and double sinks. Afterward, lounge on the wraparound porch in our plush robes and take some time to read a book in the comfort of privacy.

The North Room is located at the front of the house and is illuminated with golden rays at sunrise and sunset. This room also features matching glass doors that open up to Juliet balconies. Meanwhile, the tub/shower combination is of standard size. On the second floor, there are 3 standard rooms and a Master Suite total. Each with a private bathroom, an AC or heating unit, and a key.

Step inside this room and feel your troubles melt away. The calming blue hues create a serene atmosphere. This room offers numerous ways to unwind, such as lounging on the window seats and basking in the sunlight or diving into a good book. You can also stretch out on the king bed and catch up on your favorite Netflix shows, or indulge in a refreshing shower in the unique curved wall shower. It's no wonder this is one of our favorite rooms in the house – we know you'll love it too.

The South Room is stunning & combines luxury with privacy. The room features a comfortable queen-sized bed and the largest walk-in shower in the entire house. The decor is rich & masculine, with a tasteful combination of leather & wood. The room is equipped with a wet bar & mini-fridge, perfect for mixing up a nightcap. For added privacy, there are dedicated stairs just for your use. With three windows offering different views, you'll be able to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors from every angle.

Carriage Apartment
While not directly attached to the main house, the carriage house apartment is easily accessible to all guests. Take advantage of the cozy nooks and comfortable seating on the first floor of the main house, or simply unwind with a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the porch. You could also spread out your yoga mat and enjoy the sun.
The carriage house itself is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen and dining area, including a refrigerator, microwave and stove top for your convenience. The bedroom is outfitted with a king-sized bed, nightstands, reading lamps and a plush couch. Every room in the Lambermont Estate boasts a private bathroom and personal heating or cooling system, ensuring your comfort.
Located behind the main house, the carriage house apartment offers one of the best views of the green grass and lush lawn. Before reaching your front door, check out the comfortable lounge area, complete with cushioned seating, romantic bistro lights, and cocktail tables. As you climb the stairs to your apartment door, don't be surprised if a pecan falls from our pecan tree or a squirrel tosses an acorn your way. It's all part of the welcoming committee!
Carriage House History
Experience the charm of our historic carriage house, built in 1894. It was once a haven for the carriages and horses of the Lambermont Estate. Over the years and through multiple owner modifications, the original structure was lost. Fortunately, over 3 years of renovation we carefully reconstructed the façade to its original structure, utilizing the authentic brick bringing forth a true historic beauty. Now, we welcome guests to overnight accommodations as a second-floor apartment.
