Yes! We require a minimum deposit of $500 that is applied against your total. The balance is then divided up into equal monthly payments. Last monthly payment is due 30 days prior to the event and all payments are nonrefundable.
Yes! Bartenders4You must serve all alcohol. The only exception to this rule is when only the party that is spending the night is present. If anyone who is not an overnight guest is present, and alcohol is being consumed, it must be served by Bartenders4You.
Our parking lot is equipped with 13 standard parking spaces and 2 handicap parking spaces. Parking is also available on both sides of Grayson Street and one side of Willow Street. The church across Willow Street also allows us to use their parking lot as long as they do not have an event in progress.
Yes, the house is fully furnished with antique furniture that you are welcome to use for your event. We do not offer standard round or 8’ tables and chairs, except on the Deluxe Wedding Experience. Lambermont has several decorative pieces that you are welcome to use for any overnight event.
No. We want to make sure that you get everything that you want, and limiting you to certain vendors may make that difficult. We do have a few requirements for vendors and they must sign and return our Orientation Package. We also require a Certificate of Liability Insurance covering $1,000,000 from all of your vendors naming Lambermont Events as an additional insured. We are happy to recommend several vendors that we have used and trust with our house and clients. Please confirm your vendors with Lambermont Events before paying a deposit to them.
This area has a decibel restriction. As long as your band or DJ are under 85 decibels before 10PM and 75 decibels after 10PM there should not be any problems. Ultimately, you could continue the music all night provided that security is still present.
We can comfortably seat about 70 people inside for dining on the first floor and accommodate about 150 people for a standing cocktail reception. More people can mingle if you choose to open up the second floor and porches. We can also hold much smaller wedding ceremonies inside for about 50 standing people. Outside can easily accommodate 300 people for ceremony and reception.
