Yes, all meetings and tours at Lambermont are conducted by appointment only. Out of courtesy to you and to preserve the nature of a private residence, we do not allow unscheduled visits to Lambermont. We appreciate your understanding. Book an appointment.
We can comfortably host up to 50 guests for a nice dining experience in our first floor rooms. Additionally, we have hosted ceremonies for 20 to 50 guests in our indoor spaces. For standing cocktail receptions, our venue can hold around 150 people. If you decide to utilize the porches and lawn, even more guests can mingle. Our onsite facilities cap our outdoor guest count at 300; however, for larger events, we have successfully accommodated more by providing additional facilities. NOTE: City and State ordinances may override these occupancy numbers.
Our parking lot is equipped with 10 standard parking spaces and 2 handicap parking spaces. Parking is also available on both sides of Grayson Street and one side of Willow Street. The church across Willow Street also allows us to use their parking lot as long as they do not have an event in progress. Security/Parking Attendants are required for every event. Lambermont will schedule the security/parking attendant and on most events, the client will pay for the security/parking attendant.
Yes! We require a first payment that is applied against your total. The balance is then divided up into equal monthly payments. The last monthly payment is due prior to the event and all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Exact details will be different for each event.
Yes, the house is fully furnished with antique furniture that you are welcome to use for your event. Only select packages include standard banquet tables, chairs and linens. Lambermont has several decorative pieces that are included in the packages.
Yes, all vendors, providing products or services, for any event, must be chosen from Lambermont’s “Vendors We Love” list. The "Vendors We Love" have submitted all necessary documentation and maintain a strong reputation for professionalism and exceptional quality of service. We actively maintain our relationships with vendors and consistently update this list to reflect new trends and emerging businesses. We are happy to discuss this extensive list and find the best vendor for you.
This location enforces a decibel limit. Your band or DJ should maintain levels below 70 decibels until 11 PM and below 60 decibels after that time to avoid any issues. (subject to City of San Antonio changes) The official end time at Lambermont depends on the chosen packages. Notably, the overnight package has no specified end time, and we can discuss this further in a meeting.
