One of Dona's most cherished memories is planning a wedding for a special young lady who was her very first birthday party client at the age of eight. It is moments like these that highlight the long-lasting relationships and trust she builds with her clients over the years.

From a young age, Erica worked alongside her mother, Dona, gaining hands-on experience in the wedding and event industry. When Lambermont was acquired during the summer of 2008, after Erica graduated from college, she seamlessly transitioned into a pivotal role, beginning as a property manager focused on construction and renovation. This early experience laid a solid foundation for her success, allowing her to take part in transforming visions into reality.
For Erica, the most satisfying aspect of her work is witnessing the culmination of love and effort during events. She cherishes the morning-after gatherings with couples who have chosen Lambermont's popular overnight package. During these breakfasts, surrounded by the lingering "wedding glow," couples reminisce about their special day, and Erica feels fulfilled knowing she played a key role in crafting those unforgettable moments.
